Design saves lives every single day.
From highway signage to prescription labels to the way news is visually disseminated.The issue is not design's importance, but the recognition of it.
The role that design plays in objects/situations we encounter every single day shouldn't be marginalized or forgotten because of its invisible nature. It is the invisible nature of great design that allows it to be great.
