Listen to what everyone else is saying above ... I have a 3G as well and eagerly upgraded to OS4 just for the folders feature – a big mistake. Battery life is even worse (I didn't think this was possible), phone shuts off randomly, text messages not sending out, long delays when quitting or activating certain apps.
