Bling: A fashion moda whereby the under privelaged mistake gratuitous opulence for style and class. Often the offenders will scatter their speech with superfluous 'shizzle', boast wealth, drink champagne from the bottle (oh dear) and proudly brag about how they 'pimp' women.
Bling is used as a simple diversion technique taking attention from the fact that the wearer is actually incredibly stupid and has no idea how to behave in public. It is recommended that one should bring down incredible torrents of violence upon such cretinous heathens, all in the best possible taste of course, wouldn't want to make a scene.
