Go to strip clubs and practice - just sit there with a beer and while the girls come up to you just bullshit with them and see how long you can hold her interest until she walks away. This is the best place to practice small talk, for both talking to women and people alike, the girls are trying to sell you on a dance and you're trying to keep them interested until they walk away.
