I moved here to Honolulu, Hawaii from SF. and its only been a few weeks. Had a couple interviews. Its almost similar if not a little less than San Francisco in price, but you definetly make a bit less.
A concession thats easy to accept for paradise, beautiful women, warm weather. The surf is almost always better than average, of course some girl in
Kaui got her arm bit off....but overall, if you want a larger variety of jobs, the mainland is probably better. I'm doing work for folks there in the mainland to supplement. Having an internet connection with ftp is important for that. Still looking for a job, tho.
