If someone has the files and wants to pass them my way, with help from one or two others I could get it rolling again.
If not, I say we start from scratch, but keep certain parameters like trim size and basic format for ease of updating.

- I don't like the idea of a PDF. It is too easy to pull it apart and take images and it really doesn't do it justice.monospaced
