aye mon.
same here, nearly three years with a girl who dumped me a few weeks ago. i have been drunk ever since. but when not drunk i have kept busy with work and tried to do as much exercise as possible. and it helps. i got outta hand last night and i feel i must stop using the break up as an excuse to get wasted beyond the limit all the time. its time to sober up. a trip home to south africa really helped too. surfing is like being baptised. id recommend it.
