    I don't think it's a sham, it worked for me. You need to be open about "alternative medicine" if you want to give it a try.

    You need to be careful, because picking the right chiropractor is not easy, I went to one when my back was killing me, I couldn't even move, first time I've ever been to one, and I didn't even know they were not actual doctors after I left his studio.

    In my experience, it did hurt a bit when he popped some of the bones in my back, specially some I never cracked before, but instantly it feels AMAZING, you are completely relaxed and in one visit I felt 100 times better.

    The only thing is that before he cracked my back, he made me sit down on a 1 on 1 class on why chiropractic is so important for the functioning on all the organs and was basically doing a sales pitch for me to sign up to have him crack my back 3 times a week for the rest of my life.

    That was a bit scary and I decided never to go back to that guy again, but I'm down to give it another try if I feel like I need it and at a different place.
