^it is not that it is shocking or anything,
but it is solid evidence that BP is CRIMINALLY negligent and completely at fault for the spill. Ive read that the Justice department is already looking into this. (http://dealbook.blogs.nytimes.c...This means that there is a chance BP executives could do serious jail time.
