WTF is it with your rightwing douchebags and your various "axis of..."? Is it always 1938 in your world? And what's with your amazing ability to discount anything based in reality if it serves whatever bizare inner narrative you need to maintain so you can keep your hate erection for those you despise?
Case in point, Liz Cheney, yesterday:
"President Obama is contributing to the isolation of Israel, and sending a clear signal to the Turkish-Syrian-Iranian axis that their methods for ostracizing Israel will succeed..."
http://voices.washingtonpost.com…
The "Turkish-Syrian-Iranian axis"? Really? I mean let's ignore the facts that Turkey is Israel's only muslim ally in the Middle East. That despite whatever political rhetoric is going on between the two countries at the moment, their is a major weapons sales agreement still ongoing between them. And since when is Turkey allied with Syrian and Iran in some sort of formal axis? (and why is it always an "axis"? Why not a "pact" or a "triumvirate" or something? Is it because Hitler was in an Axis and you guys think everyone that is you can't understand is "Hitler"?) I thought Turkey was hoping to become part of NATO?
Besides, I think Israel is doing a fucking bang-up job of isolating itself without help from an imaginary new "Axis of Evil"...
And I'm calling it here, since Liz Cheney said this, this concept will be appearing on Drudge in a few days, and then the Weekly Standard will do an Op Ed, then Glenn Beck will pick it, then Fox News will do a story, because well, it's now "news" and then in about two weeks time Wolf Blitzer on CNN will be asking the Obama administration about the Turkey-Syria-Iran Axis of Evil.
All of which will only help drive Turkey away from the West.
- Liz Cheney is dumber than piss.boobs
- FUCK TURKEY. my 2 cents. please continue..zenmasterfoo
