This will be the 3rd or 4rth attempt at passing a copyright bill into law. I doubt it make it to the senate, unless it gets attached to a budget bill. If it does get attached to a budget bill, the Grits won't shoot it down 'cause that would lead to an election.
Either way it seems ridiculous.
