I used ABF once, where they bring a trailer to your house and you fill the front of it, then they put up a wall and use the rest of the space for commercial freight. it wasn't too bad, though I I became intimately acquainted with this stuff called "road dust". When I got a quote for my last move, it ended up being cheaper just to FedEx it all though.
