    Hey Daniel,

    I'm a bit opposed to the idea of the fishing knuckles actually. They not only look like brass knuckles used to beat people with, the idea was made to beat fish instead, in case you are feeling like you care about the environment. However with these fishing knuckles, you wouldn't be catching any fish over 1lb, so there is no need to beat your fish with them. The minnows posted showing catches deserve to be sent back into the ocean, rather than beaten.

    I also love fishing, and the wonderful community that has rises from it. But the moment you arm them with potentially dangerous weapons.... what kind of imagery are you bringing to this world? Did daddy take you out on a boat, and now you thought it would be cool to make fishermen look like gangsters with knuckles?

    If you wanted to seriously make a better fishing product, you should have made this piece a floating device, rather it looks like more sea junk, waiting to fill the ocean's floors.

    • It's all good! Thank you for taking the time to write us. All feedback is helpful. The fishing knuckles are more of an urban twist on fishing and not meant to be taken too seriously. On our packaging we note that step five and six are not recommended. If they do end up on the ocean floor they are made out of Richlite which is basically compressed paper and will not really affect the environment. We switched from acrylic to this material for that exact reason. Good thinkin! All your input will be taken into...designsince
