But they can also be used for a variety of every day events. Below are some potential uses for such a tool.</p>

<li>If you experience an outage, at least your customers can be assured you are still in business</li>
<li>After a mass notification, tens, hundreds or thousands of inbound calls will be generated asking for clarification-don’t tie up your switchboard</li>
<li>Media requests for information</li>
<li>General Public information – this is the number you should provide to the media to publish during events that get TV and Radio coverage</li>
