Bottom line: we don't enjoy being sold to. Like was said elsewhere, if you had framed your thread as being your stuff from the get-go and omitted the suggestion to buy it, you would have gotten a warmer reception, and probably some inquiries as to how to buy them from you.
Instead of the community building and work showcasing that you're implying it was, it came off as an advertisement.
