    Helvetica feels—to typography—like Japanese white rice feels to traditional Japanese cuisine. On its own it may seem pretty bland to most people. Helvetica is a great amplifier of clarity without drawing attention to its own form.

    Your little tirade about hipsters, the color, and khakis is pretty inane though.

    • using it in "minimalist design" basically is using it on its own. my point is make it interesting to look at, have some personalityscarabin
