sure there are positive emotions attached to the original symbol.
But the T-shirts sport the Nazi version... I don't believe people are going to wear it because of the original meaning of the symbol, since it does in no way represent love as we know it in the presented context.
The cloath also don't have any educational value to remind people of its original meaning.
If they would have choosen to present the white swastika on a black background with the meaning printed on the sides..... the effect would have been totally different.
