that depends bixler, its all about co-ordination you see, a mustard colured cravat and a burgundy velvet jacket can set off 'nicoteeth', an especially dapper touch is to drink a couple of glasses of claret and have stained lips, that really sets off the decadent look, smoking jacket essential.
