Here's some good guidelines on what to have, previous post mentioned price quotes.... usually those aren't in a proposal, but in an estimate which comes along with or after a proposal.
Proposal Guidelines -
- A clearly defined project objective
- Goals that the end product might achieve
- Strategies as to how those goals may be realized
- Target audience review
- Any market research findings
- A list of any research that needs to be done
- Assignment responsibilities -- what you will provide and what the client will provide
- An overview of the team players, your work history, client list or any other "sell" information you can provide that will reinforce the client's confidence in choosing you.
Yup that should help, sometimes with the client list a sample sheet is nice. People respond well to samples/examples... Good luck mate.
