  Yeah. I mean... putting some sort of marketing spin on the business of death? I don't think it's necessary....

  People really want to feel comfortable and secure when they engage with a funeral director. They want to know that their dearly departed are going to be given the utmost respect as well as accommodating their living family members. Some words to key in on would be Honor, Reputation and Respect.
