    When creating your web thumbs and images, use Save For Web not Save As.

    There's also very rarely any noticeable difference between around 70% quality and 100%, but it's around 1/3 larger filesize.

    I still haven't seen any of your content up close. I think my browser(s) just gave up trying to load anything at all. I couldn't get past 'loading'
