  so i have a friend who got a default web page message (2 pages long) on his browser from his ISP to "stop downloading from illegal websites or else" message. any thoughts?

  • Yes - too bad almost all major ISP's / providers invade privacy like a bitch these days. The big 3 especially (Comcast, WOW, ATT...)d_rek
  • the TOR people very much do not want you to use it for bt traffic. it fucks the networkacescence
