Why are conservatives so obsessed either
1) You didn't read the bill
2) The bill is too long - it's like 200 million pages
And then screaming about it like you uncovered Watergate or something.
I might be going out on a limb here but I don't really think this is the main issue in Washington, people reading or not reading bills.
