I just wanted to give my thoughts, I haven't read the entire thread becasue I have to leave, so I apologize if this has been said...
The Nazi symbol has been a fashion statement in Japan before. It's not meant to be offensive, it's just a really nice symbol. Now, is this symbol bad..... I'm not jewish, but I still think I wouldn't be fond of people wearing it, but again, maybe it's a "never forget" as in, we can move on, but never forget what happened and what it did.
Also, what I find more offensive is some documentary footage I've seen of Sid Vicious wearing a Nazi shirt. That was over 20 years ago and I think that's a little more offensive than this.
anyway, I wouldn't wear it, but just my objective thoughts.
