if someone can't see it, it's usually a DNS or routing issue. their ISPs DNS servers may not be configured properly or holding onto incorrect records. is it a new domain? can take up to 48 hours. your client can also try using google's DNS instead of their ISP to help narrow down the issue. I've experienced obscure entire TLDs not being visible via some ISPs, it was always a DNS issue on their end.
