    incense doesn't really work... i.try it often.....
    as far as i'm aware an architect friend told me that basement apts have to be a certain size and can only be one unit i think to be legal ? I originally thought i heard on HGTV it just had to have at least a window...I've heard westchester is full of illegal basement apts.....

    if i could open up the windows to get fresh air in and problem solved, i wouldn't care...but the smell just is keeping me from getting sleep, and he knows it.

    now my main question is do i move to astoria or stay in westchester..
    any qbn people from westchester ?
