    I had the same exact issue. Lucky for me they just moved away. The smoke was so bad, I'd wake up in the middle of the night as if someone was standing in my bedroom in the dark with a cig blowing smoke in my face. I did the same shit you did. Got air purifiers, taped up the door ways, etc. I even bought sealant and went around my apartment sealing up any cracks I thought might be letting the smoke in. It was pretty bad. Now... I'm all good.
