WINE and food pairing

  Looking for something to go with indian food - pinot i think.

  • you actually DON'T do wine + Indian. The most traditional restaurants don't even sell alcohol...maikel
  • if you still want to drink something try with a light lager, suh as Tigermaikel

  • Try a sweet Riesling, it goes pretty well.xcreonx
  • x has the idea, for spicy savory go sweet for the wine. I think of it like colors.
    
    I'm a beer/spirit drinker normally in NYC a lot of indian restaraunts have a indian ale that is very sweet that is excellent with vindaloo!woodyBatts
