i agree 100% that microwave crap is not healthy food. i'm not telling you to eat it, only showing what i do in my case. your basic sandwich contains around the same calories– use your brain and substitute what works for you. regardless, even lean cuisines are better than the fast food 100% of fatties eat on a daily basis. in the end i'm STILL eating better and consuming fewer calories and toxins.
exercise may be important to a healthy lifestyle but you're fat so you're not exercising anyway. my system is only for weight loss, not your lack of muscles or any other problem you may have in life.
bottom line, i shared what works for me (notice i called it MY SYSTEM). it's designed for ease of use and it works. obviously spending hours in the gym and having a nutritionist and a cook on hand is a better choice but if you had the will to do all that you would have by now
