  I have a client who is a barista. He swears by filtered for the do it at home stuff. It's possible to get it right every time just by pouring, so you don't need the skills to get a good espresso from a machine. He does filter coffee in his shop and it's pretty much the same setup as above, except he has it sitting on a weighing scales so that everything is perfectly measured.

  • i filter my coffee at home, i roughly drink around 12-18 cups per day everyday.e-pill
  • i use very finely grounded espresso beans for a smooth drip at a set temp.e-pill
