fooler, I lived in Seattle during the WTO riots...I'm well aware of their capacity for shenanigans.
Queen Anne is nice. I like parts of Capitol Hill but when I was there for work a junkie rolled across the hood of my car at a stop sign (around Broadway)...I'd rather not have to see zombies every day.
- Cap Hill is getting better. lots of new development. Still riddled with junkies and freaks though.MrNibs
