  ok before i do anything BAD

  macintosh HD > Library > Caches > select all delete?

  • deleting the content of the caches folder, i did that many times before to fix those things.stewart
  • if there's not that much in the caches folder you may look at the other caches folder in HD > Users > You > Library etc.stewart
