hire a masseuse get a table and give each worker 15 minutes back rub or something..
i used to work at this ad agency that did the look for American Back Rub and part of the deal was that every Friday they came to our offices and each worker got that well we got 30 minutes each.. back rubby dub!! it was perfect!!!
