  If there's no simcard in it, definitely no.

  If there's a sim card in it, it has to be a mini sim, the new standard.
  If this mini sim card has a roaming contract connected to it, there's a small chance it will work.

  I wouldn't count on it for now.

  If there's a contract, is it a european or US contract?
