    Well... this sounds pretty bad. Perhaps the best thing you can do is use this as inspiration to start anew.

    It's spring. It's warm and beautiful (when not raining). You live in a basement space. Get out of it! Find somewhere you can really fall in love with. (Queens isn't the first thing that comes to my mind, but my friends who live there love it.) Do it ASAP.

    Or the alternative: start smoking. A lot.
