Contact the people who will be interviewing you and explain the situation in the same way you've explained it here.
I've heard that NDAs feature in a lot of commercial work these days, and this problem (not being able to include work in designers' portfolios) is a known problem within the industry.
The company interviewing you have probably dealt with it in the past, and will be able to offer you decent advice.
They will appreciate you dealing with the matter in a professional way. If you show them the work regardless of an NDA, it might reflect badly on you (if you cheat on yr current employer, you could cheat on them).
