Kind of like when people boycotted Arizona in the late 80's by not honoring the Martin Luther King federal holiday?
They ended up getting the Super Bowl and many conventions canceled in their state losing millions upon millions of dollars.
They finally wised up and approved the Holiday by the early 90's.
