ok, done with the article. its funny that jobs ends with saying flash is a past technology, because his mobile devices are using past technology. its up to flash developers to make flash more relevant and push what and is being done and how.
mobile devices are now finally getting internet. so.......technically they are at 1998. then have a lot of catching up to do as far as performance. jobs cant expect the entire web community to go backwards because he mobile devices aren't cutting it.
this is apple positioning itself, and its apps, as the main platform for a subscription based internet. it's no coincidence that the new york times is stopping their free news this year and going subscription based next year. with netflix etc,companies started to realize that the subscription based model is ideal. no one owns anything, and they constantly have pay.
