Point 1: No I don't only want a big house and a girl with big tits, my point was people have always found ways to get what they want, in the beginning it was more about need now it's more about want. Depends on each individual to decide what it is they are willing to work for.
Point 2: I should have specified. I was referring to Graphic designers, but more so I was making the point that sometimes a jobs importance is more subjective and relative to the situation. With bureaucracy it's very black and white.
Point 3: I believe most people don't have a "passion" for anything other than just being around people they love. I know there is no job I can think of that I would just love to do so I strike a balance and find something I would enjoy (ish) and will also pay well. I think most people would do this and you would run into the issue I spoke to earlier - more people trying to get less jobs and ending up with jobs that don't afford them the life they want and they don't want to do. Just like in today's world except now you can get the same job as someone else, do it better and the job is yours; this will not happen when jobs are rationed out.
