    no these are web-apps, the terms of service only have to be agreed by members of the iphone development programme, so if you're not a member you don't have to agree with the ToS and you can get away with creating whatever you want.
    remember- a web-app runs in the safari browser on iphone/ipod touch so apple have the all control they need by limiting the access safari has to the iPhone OS API.
