I have never botheres with removing drives correctly and never had any problems until last week!!!! woorking to a serious deadline...unplugging from one pc to another caused my premiere project be corrupt (even the temp saved versions of the same file)
I had even made sure that all filels/windows/programs were closed form the drives...so be carelfull. I had to rebuild a whole afternoons work which resulted in a very late night...unwanted stress and a same day courier. (BTW: I was using an external USB SATA caddy with a 1tb HD)
