my friend got stuck in Rome while visiting his brother,
here's his trip,
got with some friend who were going to Paris, got in 5 + dog in a pick up truck (all they could find) and did a 15 hours drive to paris, there the group separated and some headed to the tunnel with another car,
they decided to keep driving north and right now they are in amsterdam,

Boss: sorry, I couldn't make it to work, all I got is lousy a 2000 miles ride to amsterdam....
