...and i am sure that Zillow is looking to get an app for the iphone/ipad...but they are not happy about it and looking hard at the real numbers today, and in future, for how important that will be.
What do they do...abandon their Flash stuff and say 'Whatever you say, Apple!' and abandon people who want flash?
that is the what Apple is doing, which IS ballsy...making people choose and say 'you want to play on our platform? here are the rules...'
