Google them. Try and contact people that work with them. If they ask for any kind of money from you it's a scam. Chances are if they are scammers, they will have scammed some one else.
If it sounds to good to be true. It most definitely is.
Also - if they are soliciting you on myspace, there is probably very little that they can do for you, that you can't just do yourself.
