    In practice this means combining things like gaze-tracking, heart rate monitors etc. with systems that identify brain wave patterns and the associated emotions. It's being used to evaluate retail experiences, websites, games, films etc.

    Some of it can be dismissed as marketing BS but it does represent a shift in the way design will be commissioned and how it's assessed by clients.
