Yeah a lecturer but that's not what I use it for - Illustration, design, publishing, photography. I'll have a good few large images open at any time, across 2/3 Adobe progs. I just want something with a decent sized HD for local storage, and fast enough so I don't have to wait too long each time I do something to an image.
The list above is interesting - Dell so high, never really rated them, seem so corporate. I do want something that looks / feels nice too.
I'm not asking you to decide for me, just asking opinions really.
