    anytime mate, youre welcome.
    The hard part with any training is just getting started, most people if they stick with it for a few weeks, will continue to train for years, its easy once you get some momentum and your energy levels up.

    Your general drive and energy will increase massively too. You can tell when you talk to anyone who trains a lot, they always seem happy and hyper! its great :D

    Also i agree with Lukus_W, i kinda overlooked the fact you did an online quiz, but thats not so important if overall you feel down trodden and lackluster (as lukus also implied).
