  hahaha @ six, i had 6 beers and 2 cigarettes, shouldve avoided the beers, but didnt smoke until i got home. was tired of the argument going on in my brain and gave in. didnt really enjoy it and felt bad after. which im hoping is a good sign...

  • same here, couple cigs but felt bad about it and realise i feel physically better just by not smoking for one day. so good enough reason to keep on quittinfxone
