ukit.. I don't think there is a sane person alive who thinks cutting taxes in this current situation is a 'solution,' as you put it. I don't really know where you got the idea that I want government to cut taxes wholesale, and that I somehow think that doing that would fix anything. I think the crux of the argument (at least between sane people) is paying more taxes vs. reducing spending. I'm for the latter.. you seem to be for the former.
I don't know why you point to a Bush tax cuts diagram as an argument against cutting taxes when even my shih tzu (yeah I have a gay mans dog) knows that for cutting taxes to work you have to reduce spending, which neither party wants to do.
So I'm afraid we're out of one argument and into another.. carry on.
