cold turkey - thats what i did
and i never go outside with mates to have a smoke anymore because was too tempting once out there- I agree, cold turkey - become a hermit for the first couple of weeks .. write that book you've been meaning to publish etc.********
- And RUN .. the running will become a new addiction .. the endorphins are like a drug - I'm serious.********
